Liz’s flow classes weave together a fun, upbeat vinyasa practice with creative sequencing, clear alignment, mindful breathing and compassionate self-inquiry.
Liz recently relocated to New Hampshire with her husband and two boys after living for eleven years in Hawaii. She has been teaching yoga for over 18 years and practicing for about two decades. Liz’s teaching is influenced by in-depth study in a variety of styles with many, many wonderful teachers including Ashtanga Yoga’s Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Tim Miller, and Bhavani Maki; Anusara Yoga’s Jimmy and Ruthie Berneart, Desiree Rumbaugh and Noah Maze, and Integrative Yoga Therapy’s Joseph Le Page.

Why do you practice yoga?
For me yoga is an essential, daily ingredient to living joyful life. It helps me realign my physical body, it enlivens my breath body and reminds me to shift my thoughts and intentions to a higher vibrancy. I really can’t imagine a life without yoga as it continually resets my experience of life to ease and wellbeing.
What fuels you?
Leading Yoga Teacher Training programs in Hawaii or Costa Rica and working as a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist helping individuals heal themselves through yoga one breath at a time.
