For 10 Years Mighty Yoga’s studios have offered an uplifting space for you to begin, maintain, or deepen your yoga practice. We blend compassion and love with fun and laughs to cultivate an environment where people discover the amazing power of yoga. We welcome people from all walks of life, tall and short, fit and flexible, or not. We work to maintain a welcoming environment for all, whether it’s your very first or 500th yoga class.
We also believe it is important to contribute to our community. We hold donation-based workshops and classes regularly that give to local, national, and international charities. When we join together for a common, worthy cause, our community becomes that much more powerful!
We are proud to support our neighbors, friends and the entire yoga community. Our intention is to share the practice of yoga with as many people as we can. Thank you to all our teachers, students, and friends along the way who have provided inspiration and ideas to create our Mighty Community; we could not have done it without you! This has been a wonderful journey, and we hope you’ll join us on the mat!

Hanover Studio Info
Our Hanover studio has a new Zebra Yoga Mat floor, which provides a cushion for your practice and insulation to help keep the room warm. Shoes and jackets can be left outside the studio and we have cubbies for other belongings. There are two changing rooms and a bathroom, but we don’t have room for showers.
10 Allen Street, Lower Level,
Hanover, New Hampshire 03755
Our studio is located in the lower level of the Gilberte Interiors building, behind the town hall in downtown Hanover. The studio entrance is accessed from the Parking Lot. If you take a left from Allen St into the parking lot, our entrance is on the far side of the building on your right. Just look for the signs! Metered parking is available in the lot in front of the studio or on the surrounding streets. Click here for a detailed map of parking in downtown Hanover.
Parking tricks: There is a metered parking lot right in front of the studio. If that’s full, there is often parking on School Street, behind the studio for the evening classes. However, if the lots are full, then you can always find a spot in the Parking Garage on Lebanon St.
