What to expect in a class with Reed
Soulful, sweet, and vigorous, a class with Reed will challenge the body and ease the mind. With carefully crafted playlists and precise adjustments, Reed will guide you through a practice both uplifting and relaxing.
Reed began his yoga journey after a knee injury ended his collegiate athletic career. After receiving his 200-hour teaching certification with Josef Schwarz and Monika Werner, Reed began teaching in studios and schools in the Connecticut and New York areas. Reed believes that every day is a school day, and has continued his education with Rebekah Jacobs and Jessica Belloffatto, among others. In addition to his 200-hour teaching certification, Reed also holds a certification for Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, and when he is not in the studio you can find him on the water or in the mountains.
We asked Reed
Why do you practice yoga?
To keep my body and mind fit and flexible.
What fuels you?
Progress, not perfection.
