What fuels you? My family, friends near and far, and green juice!

My NON-guilty pleasure is… the Real Housewives, every city, all the time!

What makes you Mighty? The welcoming community of teachers and students at Mighty Yoga Hanover.

What’s your yoga story? How did you start practicing? Living in Chicago, I was looking for something to balance out my more aerobic workouts, so I took a power yoga class and was hooked. After moving to Hanover for my fellowship, I was so lucky to find Mighty Yoga.

When I wake up in the morning, I always do these two things: Watch the Today show and get a French roast coffee from Dirt Cowboy (the best!).  

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? The more gratitude you show, the happier you will be.
