Yoga is… a way to know yourself deeper.
What do you love most about yoga? Your body is an instrument for your own music.
What fuels you? Food of course, but also new ideas and unknown places.
My NON-guilty pleasure is… reading in my bed.
What makes you Mighty? The people around me.
What’s your yoga story? How did you start practicing? I took a few bikram yoga classes and could not understand why somebody would be willing to bathe in their own sweat. Nearly one year ago I took a 30 day yoga challenge as a dare (courtesy of my daughter) at Mighty Yoga. It was not too much fun at the beginning, but I got hooked. I still don’t practice at home, but I try to come to the studio as much as possible.
If you had a super power what would it be and why? To have common language – speak freely and openly to each other.
When I wake up in the morning, I always do these two things… Open my eyes and welcome the new day.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? Surround yourself with people who bring the best out of you.
