Favorite yoga pose: Triangle or Downward Dog

Yoga is... Balance. 

What do you love most about yoga? It's the perfect balance of challenging work, relaxation, and focus. I love that it challenges me to work on flexibility, balance, and strength, and to try new things.

What's fuels you? Coffee, sarcasm, curiosity, and gratitude. 

My NON-guilty pleasure is...Ice Cream! And Coffee! 

What makes you Mighty? My friends and family! They inspire me to tackle new things and be brave. 

What’s your yoga story?  How did you start practicing?
I started taking yoga classes after graduating from college. I had grown up taking a lot of dance classes, but after working through injuries for a number or years, I decided to try something different. Yoga (and barre) felt familiar--focusing attention on strength and movement. I've loved it ever since!

If you had a super power what would it be and why?
I love to travel, so I would love the ability to "apparate"--disappear from one place and immediately appear in another.

When I wake up in the morning, I always do these two things...
I drink a large cup of coffee, and spend some time with my dog, either going for a walk or cuddled up on the couch.
