Trained in a variant of Baptiste power yoga, Emeline draws on a number of different styles. Her yoga background is varied and expansive, incorporating elements of Baptiste-inspired power yoga, traditional Ashtanga, and classical pranayama. The meditative and physical practice of yoga has been a grounding place for her to return to through life’s adventures, and inspired her to complete her 200-hr teacher training with Heather Healey and Wendy Epps in 2018. Emeline is passionate about proper alignment, anatomy and biomechanics, exploring the playfulness and peace of a yoga practice, and helping others find space for flexibility in their bodies, hearts, and minds.

Why do you practice yoga?
To come back to myself. I love how yoga unifies mind and body, cultivates stillness and strength, and encourages flexibility both physically and mentally.
