What to expect in a class with Jessica
Jessica teaches fun, power-based flow classes that get you energized while using breath and movement for self-discovery, inspiration and yoga bliss!
Jessica is passionate about motivating others to use their inner wisdom to uncover their greatest health potential. Her career as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist allows her to nurture her fascination about how food can affect our bodies and feed our souls, while motivating others to lead healthier lives. Her further studies for a Master of Science in Integrative Health and Wellness, as well as her own yoga practice, have highlighted how valuable the mind-body connection is.
Jessica deepened her own practice by completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Liz Heffernan. As an instructor, she uses dynamic movements, creative sequencing and breath work to help you uncover inner strength and keep you grounded.

Why do you practice yoga?
Yoga keeps me sane! I love how much balance yoga brings to life both on and off the mat. You can find harmony between strength and flexibility, focus and surrender, deep reflection and letting go.
What fuels you?
Quiet nights at home with my husband, cooking (and eating!) a delicious meal, a relaxing cup of tea, cuddles from my dog, exploring new places, sunshine and uncontrollable laughs with friends.
