Growing up as a dancer, my body craves movement and fluidity. After trying numerous exercise classes, I finally tried my  first yoga class on a whim. At the end of the hour, I was hooked. I got my body moving, connected my breath, and was able to offer my mind a place to decompress.

My yoga practice offers me a safe place to express, feel and breathe, all while building my strength and flexibility.

I was a student dance teacher from a very young age - jump forward  to my teenage years and I was a gymnastics coach. In my mid-twenties, I retired to protect my body from the hard physical drive of a coach. After a year off of teaching, I missed it! When the opportunity arose for yoga teacher training I knew I had found the perfect balance of movement, breath, and release to rekindle teaching, in a safe way for myself and all of my students.

I have a desire to allow each of my students the time they need to move their bodies, breathe deeply, and calm their mind. To reconnect with themselves and leaving their mat better than when they arrived.
