Kim Hall

I started practicing yoga as a moody, restless pre-teen, then forgot all about it until college. I was stressed, depressed and feeling clueless about life after graduation. On a whim I attended a Kundalini workshop and had a breakthrough: getting out of my head and into my body was the key - if even for a moment.

Later, I started a semi-regular practice - at first to “stay fit,” but re-leared that yoga was way more:  it helped me find inner peace and tranquility even when life hit the rocks - even when life was a whirlwind of awesome stuff. Yoga helped me thrive and it still does. It's always a new experience, and I always learn something new.

I teach yoga because I want others to experience the same benefits that I have. I want them to feel at home in their bodies, more balanced, present ,and and able to cope with life on life's terms. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background.

When I'm not practicing yoga, I enjoy gardening, managing our two challenging dogs, scuba and horseback riding when traveling, reading, and finding ways to bring a sense of wonder into my everyday life.

What can you expect when you come to one of my classes? You’ll find challenging, faster-paced flows, yoga-centric themes, but also fun and laughter along the way. I'm here to help my students find their  own yoga home and build a personal practice that helps their whole life shine.
